Despite being such a big company, there is no uniform. Not only the performance at the time of increment, but the face which is the favorite of the manager every year tats buddy's highest increment.The company should think about the people below.

Work environment and culture is best company policy are good. They give good bonus.We do not any King of pressure from the company .On time we are doing most of the work from our home right now.

All company culture and system good. But career growth and salary growth is very slow.

...th barrier learning and skill development not good. No promotion in last 4 year. New commer employee higher salary compare to old employees.

1) Seniors and Colleagues are kind and supportive. 2) Salary is been on time. 3) You can leave on time.

Dislikes

1) Lots of politics on Management side. 2) Appraisal are very poor and promotions are every after 4 to5 years. 3) Canteen food is not so good for second shift ppl. 4) Workload is there but minimum resources. 5) After a certain time learning skills stop and you will get busy in routine work.
