...th barrier learning and skill development not good. No promotion in last 4 year. New commer employee higher salary compare to old employees.

Working here ,I feel very proud in myself. That U Company live up to the trust of the farmer ,to provide the best type of the product to the farmer .

Salary is decent but career growth is slow . On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Management is very poor , bus service is very poor , Overtime is less then petrol price per hours and snacks is also not good

Overtime is giving as per basic salary which is very less , also very necessary to give AC. buses ,

... Gifts & Vouchers not given when production gave high. HR & Admin team is low. Variable allowance cutting is bad,don't cut it. If Cut don't variable.

I'm working in Bihar team. Worst Management system in Bihar team. Your Manager always gives you threat to leave jobs. Ultimate job sales pressure. Don't have proper plan to execute. They always pressure you to do that work which management himself can't do that.

...th. You can't learn new here. Upto MDO level you r only a salesman nothing else. No salary in time. Very Poor Management system in Bihar team. No work life balance. Don't join this company.
