UPL is not to support in lockdown time. Other company is paid full salary to employee for lockdown but upl is not giving the salary. I'm contract employee so upl is giving me on 5700 rupees in lockdown period. & Not a single type of mediclaim policy in my job. Company has not a valuable employee who is in contract but he is directly working to only for UPL so why UPL company is not giving to Mediclaim policy facility & one important notes is supposed I'm covid 19 positive so as per goverment rules to 21 day you have quarantine but in this period company has No pay this perticular day's salary & not to give single type medical insurance ya money.

In UPL company in hard working is only for contract employee but upl management is not a single type of help to them & different to upl employee to contract employee.

I had joined this company as a third party contractual (aarvi) on feb-2017.i had faced lots of problems on field in staring period. But days gone and gone I learned many things from here as well as my manager and General manager of projects. I heartly thanks to them that they had given me change to self drive for projects and definitely I had given my all efforts and knowledge for work. I also like to work with others discipline which was most important Part of the projects. Finally I m telling you that I like and enjoy to work in this company also I have my goal to become part of company in soon. I trust on my work and also providing service to all work from my end. Thanking you.

...xcept support from any my colleagues. Also I did not get leave except weekly Off if given that it will be deducted from my salary. but I remembered 3 idiots dialogue that "all is well".

Company Policy is good and its employee oriented. Working in UPL is like free atmosphere and growth in carrier. there is 100% job security in company. Promotors and management is good and easily accessable to approcah for any kind of problems Lastly i have been working with this company since 20 years and proud of became UPL .

I was interviewed by Viral Dedhia. This man is sitting in his comfort zone in UPL for long time and wants everyone to be perfectionist like him. He doesn't understand English properly. I also had a very pathetic interview experience. This is one of the worst companies to work if you are not a Mumbai resident. Poor top level management.

Dislikes

Bad leadership team. No proper salary slab. No clear path in the company for experienced professionals. Bad mouthing within the company about other employees. Lacks transparency.
