I was interviewed by Viral Dedhia. This man is sitting in his comfort zone in UPL for long time and wants everyone to be perfectionist like him. He doesn't understand English properly. I also had a very pathetic interview experience. This is one of the worst companies to work if you are not a Mumbai resident. Poor top level management.

Dislikes

Bad leadership team. No proper salary slab. No clear path in the company for experienced professionals. Bad mouthing within the company about other employees. Lacks transparency.

... company compare to other companies , Specially Mediclaim Facility is very good. Best salary compared to other companies.

Company culture good and healthy environment. Every person helpful and supportive.

...th barrier learning and skill development not good. No promotion in last 4 year. New commer employee higher salary compare to old employees.

Likes

1) Seniors and Colleagues are kind and supportive. 2) Salary is been on time. 3) You can leave on time.

Dislikes

1) Lots of politics on Management side. 2) Appraisal are very poor and promotions are every after 4 to5 years. 3) Canteen food is not so good for second shift ppl. 4) Workload is there but minimum resources. 5) After a certain time learning skills stop and you will get busy in routine work.

...licy. Sudden change in decision without any prior notice. No work life balance. AVP Scam - Even working for complete financial year they do not give you complete variable pay. Almost 6 months of Variable pay remains with company when you left. UPL is slowly decreasing its fame & rapport due to its untimely changes in policy, because of which employees are getting suffered. Also, Increments & Promotions are like peanuts 🥜. I would suggest not to join such organization which is ethical & not in favour of Employees.
