You get salary on time even though salary is the same as last year

No value for good work, all they want is to make money, they disproportionately allow higher management to do no work at all, as a result the company is stagnant with no path breaking product from quite a while. They are always chasing running between different projects trying to package items in a way that get sales number instread of building what market might need. Higher management also doesnt have any vision, all they did was chase targets created on cloud and delivered them on cloud as well with no real ground work, the targets set were so high that people had to go on with dirty tricks to meet the ridiculous targets doesnt bring in any value they enjoy . As someone who has worked across multiple organizations

Well it is an desk job so it is quite easy also and not so hectic just like a sales here it need a calm and patience person to be as you need to listen the customer problem poperly and need to provide them a resolutions.

Salary is the thing that need to increase for this partcular job

I don't know why the company hiring a high pay scale person if they do not have capability to pay after hire and giving you silly silly excuses while they are fyring you. It's a quite good job it doesn't have anything to travel such as things, salary is too quite good. Incentives and other extra things which they provide to their employees also good as compared to other competitors.

The call duration time is the thing which irritates. As need to made the daily call duration time.
