But paralley it is as good as other department in terms of employee training part, salary, incentives and other activities, Sales is always challenging so you have to cop up with that but many people join the organization by looking the salary but they cant cop up with the work it demands. So they cam out with harsh words and negative things without interospecting themselves.

Organization is in experimental phase with zero sop.Sop are yet to defined and for that organisation is using there employees as an experiment samples . Despite of all the ownership which is being given to you you will still find many restriction while performing them . The middle management works worse here .They themselves are not aware of what to do and how to move forward .They may ask you to do some unexpected things to get the results.If you can survive all ,you may do wonders but the attrition rate is quite high which give the justification for itself .

iT is not that interesting job but yeah many things make it more interesting just like salary, incentives and training and even they provide laptops to the employee who stayed for more than a year

There are lots of sales pressure and target achievement within the month at the end of the every month it creates a hectic and lots of pressure are there even on holiday we need to do work

Salary on time, there is work life balance if you manage your workload acc to that and complete the task many of them complain about it but instead of pointing company need to look into ourself
