Work life balance is a joke. General working days go up to 12 hours minimum with only A DAY off. Sometimes made to work on week off as well. Inhumane work culture. VP of the company is a big joke. ZERO PROFESSIONALISM from his end. The company doesn't really care about the employees. This was very aptly displayed when they made each and everyone relocate to mumbai/bangalore without any proper intimation. This led to a huge chaos with a lot of individuals being infected due to this act as well.

I have enjoying my time in Upgrad as the things are quite good here in terms of learning and in salary also which is the most of the best thing i can say. Well it is much better than the other competitors in the market. work life balance is also quite good here and this is the thing which people want this days

Dislikes

Well workload is high many time but some of the micro management things need to be improved so that things can become more swiftly and the upper management need to look into this very close

Sales is bit hecitc honestly if we look. But paralley it is as good as other department in terms of employee training part, salary, incentives and other activities, Sales is always challenging so you have to cop up with that but many people join the organization by looking the salary but they cant cop up with the work it demands. So they cam out with harsh words and negative things without interospecting themselves.

Worklife balance is very less management need to look into that

sales department is quite very nice. salary and other benefits are quite very nice and compensation they give is best in class. work life balance is also good

workload during the weekends and month endings are immensily high
