The company is definitely very good over all as they are quite employee centric and has a very healthy environment. Supportive managers and peers until you are intentions towards the company is good. For someone who is not serious I would still say that the company will take care of you but only till a specific amount of time.

You get salary on time even though salary is the same as last year

Dislikes

No value for good work, all they want is to make money, they disproportionately allow higher management to do no work at all, as a result the company is stagnant with no path breaking product from quite a while. They are always chasing running between different projects trying to package items in a way that get sales number instread of building what market might need. Higher management also doesnt have any vision, all they did was chase targets created on cloud and delivered them on cloud as well with no real ground work, the targets set were so high that people had to go on with dirty tricks to meet the ridiculous targets doesnt bring in any value they enjoy . No work life balance working 12 hrs nd after that lose your 4 to 5 days sal every month in lop fr nt completing calls nd tt because of no leads provided by us which is nt our fault nvr join here to spoil your personal nd professional life completely low salary ,work on week offs work 30 days in a month lose incentives fr stupid reasons managers aish krte hai cousellors cry ,leads nd incentives are earn if you follow give and take with your manager special female employees either be his gf inspite of him being married or bcme friends with benefits which is total exploitation sexually ,morally ,emotionally and ethically .
