I was really happy when I got selected because of the reputation of upgrad,but the work culture and company policies are really horrible and they say that u will have week off on sat & sun but unfortunately they won't even give single week off if u don't reach your target and the main thing is they treat u like animals when it comes to sale's target

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but it cost your mental health because of the work culture

Well the senior management needs to keep the certain KPIs for the behavioral of them. So they will come across through the toxic person

See if your really looking for a growth in a short term period I would recommend this company as it has a good work culture and a good salary of course, but you have to give ur best. Good luck

Well I would say it's the best edtech and if ur real looking for a good salary this is the best. But yeah week offs are a concern.

nothing there's nothing to like about upgrad, if your salary is 3lpa then your target will be 12 LPA per month now tell me how my salary is justifiable to my monthly target, avoid joining in Upgrad look for other companies like Unacademy, Scaler, etc.

Poor work culture, no fixed timing for working hours, learning zero, work-life balance negative.

Very worst senior manager Shubam Baduriya use such harsh method of handling, no work life balance, life will go then where balance will be, should dedicate whole life for Upgrad.

Everything, except salary will come, but incentives police is very bad, only after 3months incentives will come waste.
