There is nothing to like about working here.

...each are not efficient. The level of ownership in TLs and teams are very less. Coming to the compensation part, which is negligible. They cannot match the price of your current market value. Their compensation justifications are horrible - "the company did not make a profit, so please do not have high expectations on compensation". Also, the compensation element is not uniform across upGrad. Only because the earlier management made mistakes, now the current employees have to face the consequences. They do not have any proper forecast on how a particular element will be ready for the market. That's because the company runs like a government office. There is no ownership. Only a handful of people are serious about their roles in this company.

Likes

The work culture is very good, all the authorities are very friendly and helpful. In upGrad Jeet primarily focus on the quality of content and delivery of content. They provide training to develop excellent delivery skills and did discussions with faculty to improve small points during delivery.

Dislikes

This organization is a start-up that's why they do not follow one policy and frequently change their policy which is sometimes problematic for employees.

Likes

The varied amount of work that was available. Good place to learn about handling multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines.

Dislikes

The worst possible HR team, especially the senior manager Vidya. Thank God they got rid of her. Horrible experience.
