Employees laid off by upGrad Campus, with zero accountability towards them and keeping the entire matter under the radar, constantly cost-cutting by taking away any perks the employees may have.

A great manager; this is a very subjective thing, but it's also one of the very few reasons that make it a bearable place to work at.

Dislikes

Don't expect the company to honour any promises they make. Take as much benefits as you can in monetary form during negotiations if you're thinking of joining; any other benefits, no matter what they said at the point, will be revoked later. There's heavy corporate culture while they promise to not support it verbally, w.r.t. the people who are promoted or can work their way up the hierarchy.
