Very difficult to find anything good Job security is pretty decent Very flexible and free atmosphere for women employees who do not have to do any work

Dislikes

Gender inequality with absolutely no work and accountability of women employees Caste based discrimination where SC/STs dominate and threaten to complain for Dalit Act if given some responsibility of work Jiska jugaad wo raja work ethics No allowances no health insurance benefits No mortality related insurance benefits No NPS Sadist employees No perks and advances Really remote tribal locations of workplace with absolutely no medical and education facilities even absence of residential facility

We are very interested related the electronics work any area and we like continue with learning attitude as like we have done the work PLC with electronics and DCS System in controlling department as Technical assistant

Dislikes

Because many reason like timely work does not run be continue when comes the government bajat then till work be best processing and continuing and as like Those time finished the bajat so that stop the work those all employees hopeles and salary has long time pending with in four months . So like many employees problems facing so we have decide this poor job and we has not happy so we have dropped the job.

Security of Job, Lesser Work Pressure, Vast scope of work within the organisation so huge opportunity for learning, the best thing is the workplace is in the native state

The lack of facilites, and the poor structure of organisation with mis management from top to bottom

I served at the post of G M Commercial at HQ Lucknow for 4 years in unl.Before it I worked at post of AE/EE/SE in different power stations at Ankara, obra and parochial of unl for 30 years.l am fully satisfied with job and had fully secured job.
