It was a grand experience with the challenge to train 40000 police officers over a three year span. Work included identifying key areas of training, trainers and tie-up with the institutions of repute. Excellent team work with very senior police officers, academicians, social workers, NGOs and other expert groups. As a training Advisor, I was responsible for all the above mentioned training functions, evaluation and impact of traing. It all started with job analysis of First Resppnders, deputed to 3200 four wheelers and 1600 two wheelrs of Dial 100 for all the 75 districts of the state. The training was aimed at to develop soft and technical skills, with the idea "May I help you Madam/ Sir", that is police at your door step to help, guide and resolve conflicts of various types. Due to quick response and service of these men in uniform that world largest Maha Kumbh Mela was trouble free, which, itself is a great accomplishment. In one year we trained more than 10000 police personnel. A great job I was associated with.

Dislikes

Actually nothing. Great team, world class infrastructure and technical facilities. Above all an incredible team work and coordination and cooperation of other agencies both government and non-government, including experts of various streams of knowledge.
