Certification cost is provided once you submit 7. Hr is good / but no one will tell you that you can directly reach them for help they will loop you through RM and you will never reach them being stuck in your situation.

1.Team leads/AM's Micromanage everything and are pathetic at skill set 2.Forced to work for extra hours by saying project requirement is this ... if you don't do this you have to be sitting on bench and you know the consequences. I worked for more than 12 hrs and they just gave you an extra tick option for adding hrs more than 10n hrs of logging no benefits or perks. 3. Fake experience in x technology resume for client project which they ask you to prepare then when you are not able to perform in x technology they take it as excuse and reduce you rating subsequently giving less increment and mental harassment. 4. AM takes all the decision of PM , people are promoted to managerial positions without having experience in the same. i.e senior java developer promoted to project manager .. now he only keeps correcting our way of presenting the facts in more sentences instead of talking to client about our issues or helping us in our real problems , he just listens to whatever AM says . 5. RM and your mangers go hand in hand you can't go for help otherwise they all will target you together. 6. No review by employe for manager it's only a one way thing .... when you write something in monthly feedback form they start targeting you instead of solving the problem. 7. make you work as a shadow or some internal task without giving you a progress thread for the same and at the time of appraisal says you were on bench 0 productivity as per report.

Earlier it was good up to 2022 salary hike work load learning environment everything was good

Dislikes

In 2023 there are lot of pressure, after giving 9 hours of billing company gave extra assignments to complete with strict deadlines. Delay in hikes also coming in this year and many more drawbacks

Nothing specially the work environment which pay you with the price they wanted, rather than what you deserve.

Dislikes

Terrible work culture, Irrespective of how efficient and hard you work, they'll rate you bad for their cost cutting and illogical reasons for layoff at any point of time.

Good growth opportunities for freshers. You will be deployed to a live project ASAP and can be working in multiple tech-stacks

Dislikes

Salary is not competitive. Technology that you get is based on requirement of the company. Working hours depend on the project you are assigned.

No work life balance. If your manager is good then its bearable otherwise you may find that you don't have a life

Salary is around 3rd of the month at best. They don't tell you that. Mandatory client score is deduction from the pay scale they promise not an incentive (though they try to show it as incentive). They have problem with WFH office to open from 3rd August. Lethargic management processes for onboarded employees like appraisal and all.
