remuneration and travelling allowance are very low. Also seniors have no caliberto lead the team they have no vision and Only believe in Pressurizing the team for dumping goods in the market.

I dont work like Unosource Pharma Ltd. Very bad work platform. Very harrasment and mentally tourcher by management . And account HOD.

No proper management decisions, Account HOD not able to handle any small problem in thease company. All management not motivating to employee.its only demotivate.

Likes

I like travelling opportunity just given once, work-life balance and somewhat learning but on own. Teammates are very co-opetative except fiance head, regulatory head. They themselves doesn't know what is given in the documents.

Dislikes

This would be an endless topic to discuss but to mention few, this comp does not want caliber people, management is very pathetic, no direction, only " Close relatives or fellow workers " Can get easy promotion, whether they r skilled or not doesn't matter, highly ugly politics, growth is nil, for every small things you have to give account for it. Highly disorganized company. "zéro professionalisme, all top mgrs can't even speak English and can't read client contract agreement which is so sad.
