Work from Home that is helpful. Work life balance is ok depending on the team and with which organization you are boarded with. Overall a good company to start your career

Dislikes

No salary hikes and appraisals from last 2 years which demoralizing. No appreciation for the hard work. No one to one communication with Payroll and client organization. No Transparency if it comes to salary and hikes between them to employees.

There is nothing likes in this organization. They Interview you and hire you for different company and they onboard you for different saying that positions are filled. It forces employees to accept their things otherwise you should start again and in this process you might end in loosing 1 or 2 months salary.

No Proper Management and have the terms and conditions only for employees not for them.
