OBT ( Organisations Business transfers) launches due to which new designations added in between by which most the employees got demoted as a new designation introduced between earlier 2 as 1. Senior deputy manager then deputy manager then manager 2. Officer and Senior officer

Japanese left the plant so its still good looking but as indian culture starts to grow it create havoc ,never join the plant to think you can stay long here ,

breakdown too much overtime less leaves 6 day working avg salary anyone gets fired even my mentor(operational head)

...agement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chiling. company policies are good ,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is alot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees
