OBT ( Organisations Business transfers) launches due to which new designations added in between by which most the employees got demoted as a new designation introduced between earlier 2 as 1. Senior deputy manager then deputy manager then manager 2. Officer and Senior officer

Now nothing much is left to like. It's just that salary is being credited to respective bank ye account. So no one speaks bad and if someone dare to speak, they will not hesitate to ruin that person's career.

Dislikes

1. Lots of Subjectivity. 2. Poor communication of management or they themselves are not clear 3. High attrition. 4. Fake branch image in market, very low employee engagement, actually not a " Great place to work" 5. Continuous overruling of policies on person to person basis. 6. Enhancing and elevating only incompetent employees. If some competent are elevated or given the opportunity they deserve then they have to literally slog while non performers are enjoying.

...rk culture also good but late working culture is here, company policy also good. But one thing for 2-5 years experience candidate salary didn't match according to work.

Late working culture and 6 days working but some times 7 days work also.

Staff Behaviour is really healthy and they are very helpful kind of person. They entertain while working and everyone work with a smiling face here. Every senior is always ready to teach us with there field of expertise.

There isn't anything to dislike for as we get good salary, growth, expertise and many more benefits.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
