Blindly follow bajaj / near by OEM plants ( if they work on Sunday, Minda also will work) 7. Lack of support from company management/ corporate management...

- Lower chances of promotion / growth. - Lots of Work Responsibility other than allotted department. - Lower chances of skills growth. - Managers don't want to promote their team members. Neither appreciate their achievements infront of the Senior Management.
