There is nothing you like about working there. All the good comments written in this area forced to write by those who work there. So don't consider it at all. They ruin your career in the name of learning and development of individuals. They pretend they care about employees but in reality they mentally torture you. They don't tarin. They hire you for another role. They gave you a work which is totally out of your RRR. They keep changing the work you do in the name of you are not suitable for that work. The so cold manager is the worst of all the employees. And ofcourse after this end number of galia and mental torture. You become emotionally strong.(Just try do be positive).

...norant. Actually they are one who only care about the work. Over time is unpaid. The salary structure is scam. And they don't have HR at all in the company. Company is without HR. You are never appreciated for your work.If you are a fresher don't go there at all. If you are fresher this company is completely red flag don't go. And after all of these. Top management completely pretend like they don't know anything. As the turnover ratio is very high they still think that people don't want to work that's why they leave instead of finding out the real reason. In the name of accountability they only blame you for mistake or if things not work out. High management only concern with work they are highly partially. Those who speak the truth they don't because high management also don't listen or take any action at all. Ofcourse they coach business owner so they know how to trick the person. But over the period of time you know the truth. They is no system or management. And taking leave is taboo. If you take leave it is like you are not serious about the work and career. If you are sick then also people constantly calling and give you work, as they think we are lying. As the manager is there for more then a decade now. He act like an owner. If his mood is not good, he get angry on any random employee working under him for no reason at all. They don't respect employee equally. They treat based on the roles and give importance according to that. Also, they run NGO in same company and that team has no team at all. They say that both company is same and both team treated equally but they completely outcast them. Although it is very hard to work there without any support and guidance. Please don't join that company and save yourself.

...ees were literally crying due to pathetic behavior and culture of the company. Salary never on time. They make personal comments to employees and still expect them to stay quiet and work for them. PLEASE DO NOT JOIN ! It's more like their family business going rather than a company.

The company is doing a good deed by providing business welfare for other organizations. Not suitable for employees to work here because instead of giving positive/motivating culture, you are forced to hear unusual comments.

... senior management, everyone talks in rude and bad manners. No job satisfaction. Also, they offer you a job with a high salary first, and then in just 2-3 months, they revise your salary under the name that you are not performing well. Hardly there will be any female employees because here culture is so unbalanced for employees. They force you to work on public holidays. Even on leaves, they keep on calling constantly for silly reasons. Even both the top management male directors talk and pass personal comments. Co. needs to understand the difference between guiding, molding, and humiliating, passing racist comments.

- Salary is quite good. - CEO & Company Directors are visionary.

Dislikes

- Company culture & treatment of the employee. - Upper Level management (ie. CEO, Directors, etc) are good but middle management is lowest of the low... Curses & defames the employees, they (He - it's a one person in the middle management since it's small company) don't come to work...their ego does. - In my time of few months, I have seen 10+ people leave in a short period of joining. Two of my fellow colleagues left after I did and stated that they left because of that one person. - I have one suggestion for them: Abuse is NOT "tough love" please find the line in between.

One thing which I like the most about the company is you will always learn something new every day, there is always a constant push from your team leaders and in fact all the employees. Everybody is busy hustling, trying to reach the highest of all the heights and everyone is supportive and ready to help whenever they can.

Dislikes

There is nothing wrong about the company except for the constant push they give us, but I guess if you want to make a career of yourself, then you have to work hard to achieve it.
