This is the worst company i have ever worked, I don't know about the company investers but all the management is completely corrupted, every one works there for there own benefits but not for the organization benefits. Mr.Govinda Rajan & Mr.Satish Rathod are the big culprits.

- More Admin work - Don't trust on job description - No HR Policies - People are unprofessional - Advice to youngsters who want to pursue their career in PMT- I suggest you don't join this organization

Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive and transparent.company policies are good , appraisal are fair

Treaning process not available till date.i don't like this type of system.but other things are positive.there are no health insurance available right now, only PM health insurance available.

Good culture to work. Multiple department experience & exposure in one profile.

Not a big things to dislike but only few things need to empower like supply chain/Admin/courier service, etc. Hope! All the things will be better after sometime.
