Toxic Work Environment at Kottayam Branch I am writing to share my personal experience with the current head of the Kottayam branch. The work environment has become increasingly toxic under her leadership. This is not intended as character assassination but rather as a reflection of my and others' experiences. Inappropriate Involvement in Personal Matters: She frequently involves herself in the personal lives of employees, including unsolicited opinions on family planning and relationships. This is both unprofessional and uncomfortable for many. Unprofessional Behavior: Her interactions with male employees often carry a disrespectful and negative tone, which has been a source of discomfort in the workplace. Lack of Knowledge: Despite being in the role for over a year, she demonstrates little understanding of the job requirements. Previous managers, while not perfect, at least had some expertise. This lack of knowledge negatively impacts our daily operations. Retaliation Against Feedback: When concerns about her behavior are raised, they are met with retaliation, including intimidation and creating a hostile environment. This has led to the departure of multiple employees, who felt they had no other choice. I strongly urge the management to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to address these issues. The well-being of the remaining staff depends on it. I would also advise others to reconsider joining the Kottayam branch until these issues are resolved.

I appreciate the company and its supportive higher management, especially our Operation Head, Ms. Manju Ashok, who is highly experienced. The company conducts numerous training sessions to enhance our product knowledge and strives to create a stress-free environment. However, it's unfortunate that the Kottayam branch does not reflect these positive aspects.

Dislikes

My work experience in Kottayam has been marred by the unfortunate presence of a highly uncooperative branch head, whose actions have driven more than 8 of my colleagues to leave. Despite her background as a psychologist, she seems to have used her expertise to deliberately undermine our morale and create a toxic work environment. This is not a fabricated tale, and while I remain grateful for the company and my dedicated team members, her negative attitude has significantly contributed to our work-related stress.

Very bad experience, I feel regret and worst phase of my life, they literally shout at the counselor they didn't recognise work, I don't know why she always shout at others not only me even with seniors counsellors also, so much of partiality and always favour to one person in this branch which is very sad, always talking about personal issues, I strongly suggest if any looking to join in Unixperts that too at vizag branch

Everything, nothing is positive always negative, she believes in only one thing that no one is perfect she and her favourite person only doing right in the office all the other persons are waste I don't know why she always degrade people with her words, she didn't even think how much it hurts even mangement also didn't check what was happening in the branch, discouraging and yelling at people is the main goal. Salute to all the people who was working over there, it's not a easy thing guys
