Great workplace and culture. Colleagues are supportive and the administration is straightforward. There is an enormous cafeteria and Organization approaches are acceptable and the salaries are good.

Uniworks is an excellent place for learning. The inclusion of interiors in both commercial and residential designs adds a highly positive dimension to the team. The entire team embodies a youthful spirit and easily embraces an adaptable work culture. The management is notably supportive and helpful.

Workin hours to be made little flexible for architects.

working here is quite unique as average employee age working here is 27 years old. Have great opportunity to learn and grow from scratch and build things on our own.

working here for last 6 years, couldn't find a cons as such.

Their employee named Hussain is corrupted he ask bribe with their own vendor and contractor where they already charging hefty amount to their client ,..........we are consultant their still this employee inspite of charging the vendor and contractor and should be in the favour of client but no he ask bribe with the contractor and in that project i was terminated for no reason .......when I put this issue to the management no action has been taken against him....

Company is innovating in the field of design and construction , one of the very few company whose product would be improving worklife of lot of construction and design people

Since their software development is an year old , not many SoPs , ideas keep changing to pivot .
