Great workplace and culture. Colleagues are supportive and the administration is straightforward. There is an enormous cafeteria and Organization approaches are acceptable and the salaries are good.

Compensation is nice yet vocation development is moderate

Uniworks is an excellent place for learning. The inclusion of interiors in both commercial and residential designs adds a highly positive dimension to the team. The entire team embodies a youthful spirit and easily embraces an adaptable work culture. The management is notably supportive and helpful.

Workin hours to be made little flexible for architects.

support from the team easy to approach authorities. they understand if we have a problem and give's an instant solution.

Dislikes

sometimes pressure is more, because of the stress our work life balance is disturbing. we have to push ourselves to complete the tasks(but managing). Need at least one Saturday holiday

working here is quite unique as average employee age working here is 27 years old. Have great opportunity to learn and grow from scratch and build things on our own.

working here for last 6 years, couldn't find a cons as such.

They just hired Complete a project and after Completing almost project they forced me to resign. That was very critical time of covid. They don't understand employee problems. They just use them....... They just don't have any proper planning. No proper understanding They just treat you as if they have full rights on your life.
