Nothing to like, Only intention of this company is, work without salary. Senior management and Founder only know how to threat employee. Infact after submission of company metarials, no clearance, no unpaid amount they will pay. You will get nothing and my biggest mess in professional carrer is to join Univlabs. Work culture is very pathetic except lobby and dirty politics nothing you ill get through overall carrer, You will get or hear the name HR only if your manager wants,

...e on Sunday and festival days also. There's no ethics and values in the company. if you are not able to complete the work on time, your salary will get affected, you'll not receive your salary, they'll not pay salary on time. You'll be not having the Holidays, Sunday holiday.

Worst experience I had during my work tenure with UnivLabs.. Company owner not paying salary on time, he paid partial amount of salary after 15 to 18 days & always used to do misbehave with all employees and slang languages as well..

If someone likes to take ownership and get things done, he/she will get excellent support from management.

Dislikes

Too new to tell about it, but some find having less food and snacks options nearby, thought company provides snacks and beverages.

-Interesting to explore several new projects based on advanced technology. -I got the opportunity to work on 4 Major projects; a Flexible Endoscope, a Surgical Spatula, and Endo-vision System, Endoscopy Smart Cart in my short tenure. -If you are a techno-geek, it may be a good platform for you.

Dislikes

UnivLabs is currently in a transformation stage that's why the work culture is not so stable yet. Sometimes, it demands employees' extra time to do the needful.
