I personally like the diversity here and new things to learn everyday. A lot of exposure is given to employees for their personal and professional growth and development.

I have been working in university from last 7 years and there’s not even a single thing which I dislike honestly.

PM Sayeed Calicut University is a degree level college situates in the coral Isalnd of Androth U T of Lakshadweep.There are three centres in the Lakshadweep under the academic jurisdiction of Calicut University.The other centres are situates in Kavaratti Island and Kadmat Island. These centres are providing education to islanders through the mode of an MOU with university of calicut and Lakshadweep administration.Each centres recruiting lectuers from mainland and Dweep natives by an interview conducting the University Of Calicut for a period of one year contract even the principal also contract staff it may extend to three years.There are three department in PMS CUC,out of these two are PG Departments.there are 24 teaching staff and 8 non teaching staff out of them 6 staffs are qualified PhD holders .Am worked in PG Department of Commerce.There are 8 teaching staffs in our department.Calicut University celebrated its Golden Jubilee in our college under the co ordination of our department,am the Finance Convenor of that endevour.I am also handled the duty of PTA Secretary during the two years of my career in this centre.Am teach and guide graduate and post graduate commerce student especially handled the subjects of Business Management,Financial Accounting,Managerial Economics, Banking and Insurance,Auditing, Human Resource Management,E Commerce in B.Com department and International Business,Security Analysis and Portfolio Management in M.Com department.Am relieved from this institution 30th November 2018 due to the backlog appointment to reserved candidates.Am expecting a new and excellent job for flourishing my career .Thanks God Almighty.

Iam not dislike any activity of our centre,but the reality due to the backlog appointment of Calicut University to the reserved candidates.So am relieved from my career.

Exposure is good now infrastructure is good but workculture is bad. Take and give policy is goodbut I want a job in a good college or university thank you

Nowadays politics had a bad effect in the University. Earlier students are fully book centered but now it is coffee centered. But nowadays politics had more in the University but hostel facilities and good manners is needed
