compensation is slow, but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high sometimes, i have to works 09-12 hours straight in a day as i have to attend students calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

I am a student. I respect the way they closed colleges on time due to this pandemic. Also they are concern about students studying at college by providing them online library, e-books, e-notes facilities. Proper sanitization is done on time to time under the supervision of respected officers of Allahabad. Yet exams date are not announced but definitely they're trying their best to conduct exam under safety and precautions.

Dislikes

Affiliated colleges know less about rules and regulations of University which made us to visit Main campus again and again.

I m students there and as a student its is all good when I will experience as teacher definitely I will write something about it

Everything is good as a student. But Allahabad University branches has required much fees some students can not effort that

Central Government Servant culture.

Dislikes

Everything. Politics, Corruption and High handed arrogance of the Professoriate Mafia has destroyed everything a Higher Education of 130 years of proud history stood for. The Leadership is the most disturbing example of abuse of autonomy. If you love to suck up to corrupt and political bunch of people join them. Avoid it like plague if you are honest and hard working with sense of Justice and Fair play.

Work culture is excellent. Good growth, healthy work environment. New research heading in positive direction.

More prospects should be created. More interaction with recent innovations. Scholars should be given opportunity to go out of country. Scholarship should be given by University. Health insurance should be done
