Working at UGC was a good experience , and it had a great atmosphere . I managed to maintain my work life balance . Politics in the working atmosphere was not my cup of tea and I gained knowledge from my colleagues , and training and help offered were great .

Its a government firm under the ministry of education, i deal with colleges, institutions and registrar of Universities, learning to how many degrees are recognised by ugc and keep learning about my work like guidelines of colleges and institutions and universities

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
