Company or it's management should increase its existing employees salary and benefits rather than trying to cut down while expecting more responsibilities to be taken adaptively by an employee. Not a satisfactory pay is given to existing employees on putting them in to more work load.

Not a good environment to work. Manager are also forced to go site...when you are sick and illness ... they are not thinking for project completion, they only personally attack employees...

I love the fact that I am a part of the global client base. My teammates are come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very moderate.
