Company or it's management should increase its existing employees salary and benefits rather than trying to cut down while expecting more responsibilities to be taken adaptively by an employee. Not a satisfactory pay is given to existing employees on putting them in to more work load.

I love the fact that I am a part of the global client base. My teammates are come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very moderate.

Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management.company policy are good.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow .

Politics in work zone areas and most of the sites Example: supporting people of the same locality giving them good amount of overtime and the opposite for others

There is not much to this but if you ask me this company is ok for veterans who already have the experience.

I am a first timer & I had several ideas and preferable for my training but I didn't got. Also, I am happy with the job? "no" because currently not much for my work & experience. final you know I am getting my money on correct time so its ok.
