I liked the motivation which we got while working there. Friendly environment.

Dislikes

Firstly, The payment is project based. Sometimes we got pay in 3 months when a particular project gets over. Secondly, at a later point I felt distrust in Universal Tribes.

I like to work with universal tribes very happily because every mentor are amazing and very supportive for everything. Helpful for those who wants to encourage there skills and knowledge.

If I talk about dislikes so nothing to disliked because this platform is too much beneficial and great opportunity.

Likes

Universal Tribes products are nature friendly and organic also they are uplifting tribal arts. Management and Human resources are very supportive and encouraging.

Dislikes

Asking the price of a specific product by HR managers when there are a huge no of list which is difficult to remember for anyone. That's why we have Information technology and internet to resolve these issues in a fraction of time. So it is not necessary to remember every Products price n all in my way because we have IT and internet things to do in a second and we need to focus on goal oriented approach and produce more results with particular area's of field.

It was really a good experience as a fresher, as the work load was not so much and everybody was so cooperating and energetic, they never misbehaved with anybody.
