Job is not secure and management will be very poor and policy is very poor management are not support ground level workers, senior person are not helping in the Marketing person

Policy is not good , Management is slowly slowly work , Price is always high compared to others Super Brand TA/DA is Delay every month i don't like in this Company Culture

Because of lengthy timing.As per working timing and responsibility learning is zero.simply i am wasting my time.fixed 9:30 hours job timing for 6 days no yearly leave..as per my job role or responsibility i didn't part of that thing.
