...one month later senior management used to call will fire you, will give lwp etc. You cannot expect anything rather than salary on time. No notice period negotiable policy. Very poor work life balance.

Horrible culture. Compensation is horrible. Not enough growth to learn. No new activities. The CIO has zero leadership quality. Unethical behaviour, only think abt himselves no team meeting with any team members during lockdown. Not a great company to look at.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The employees don't get the local conveyance so it should be provided.

The company is open to innovation and reaily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that makes reliable.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes,. I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a days as I have to attend clint calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

I have learnt a lot in USGI like skill development, good environment to work, supportive mangement .

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics from last 1 year and management doesn't address our issue, salary is decent but career growth is slow.
