The company is not at all employee family and does not have any vision. They keep changing their plans and the management takes no responsibility whatsoever. Some managers are so slow in giving approvals and the work gets stuck. Everyone is ready to blame other

VP sales behaviour Mr Bharat Dedhia he doesn't ike even Good Morning wishes whereas he didn't understand nobody likes to be on screen with him in morning, Managers need is to acheive budgets and targets in any mean, No work Ethics No Integrity at all. Many false commitments with Field Force. No appreciaitons.
The only good thing about the company is that it pays better than its Indian pharma counterparts, and that is the only reason people end up working in the company until they realize the toxic culture.
Don't expect any job security here; you can join the company to ruin your career since the company already has a bad reputation in the market. Thanks to the top management and leadership team for creating a toxic environment in the company. The company doesn't have any vision in the long run, just keeps on launching new products without performing any market research (will launch products since the top management has asked them to do it). Gone are the days when people used to have a positive attitude and used to enjoy working here. The company will hold you responsible for mess they create and thanks to all the toxic managers for making things worse for you. Only the bootlickers will survive here. Highly incompetent leadership ! Count the days when the company might shut down or gets sold to the top management's favourite company (E....RE).
