Everything here is excellent,except the fact that biodiesel as a category is still in a growing phase and the acceptance in the end user is dicy.and subsequently as i am operating in retail segment pricisely in MP market where biodiesel is defamed to the core ,thanks to the local so called biodiesel traders who servers everything in the name of biodisel but biodiesel,which exhibits all kind of bad repurcussions in the vehicles,and henceforth unfortunately the Brand such as universal the sole manufacturer of biodiesel has to pay the price.still the quality which they delivers will speak volume for itself in the coming years but at present scenerio they are not even exercising the ROI for MP region and unfortunately very difficult to justify your significance whenever they pay you.

Perhaps the lack of focus from head office to our depo and also the communication gap which often happens ,as their is not much work to do presently
