The work culture and amenities provided to the employees along with the learning and work environment at unity was the best part.

Dislikes

Only one thing which is must frustrating is the salary timing of unity, you can get your salary for 4-6 months late.

Working with Unity Infraproject Ltd was good. Seniors was good and collegious were also good. Company facilities was good ac guest house for engineers and midium staff with sweeper and cook. there was facilities of mess.

Dislikes

There was Mediclaim and bonus in thhe CTC but no facilities of that. No increament in 5 years. The company was based of mumbai so they hate north indians.

The Employee was allowed to put his own innovation and technology and develope new strategy for immediate resolution of task assigned to them. It was a very good platform for teamwork

Its nice experience of work with very talented project team..all managers . NTPC Township project is really challanging but with team work..i really enjoy and learn lot of..thanks.

Sir I have done my job with unity infra project as Electrician from 2012 to 2014 and that time was a good experience for me and this company is first company of my job
