I truely like working at Unity Growth Fund company for the collaborative and supportive work environment, the company’s commitment to excellence, the company’s procedures and process related formats are very easy to work in and professionally designated, there’s been so much scope for me to learn more in terms of my legal work. my contribution towards my work is always recognised and appreciated which in return makes it more rewarding and empowering for me to deliver a much more better work as days pass by. I was appreciated for my work and was given a leadership role in this company which helped me grow in terms of my profession career and I look forward to contribute my best to the company’s continued development and success

I like the work culture here. We have a lot of brainstorming sessions together and its a very cohesive environment. At the same time I’m able to grow in my personal and well as professional career due to the ownership that I take in my work which is encouraged by the management at the firm

It was a great experience interning in Unity as I got to learn a lot about projects I was working on and my manager continuously encouraged me to take on better projects

I had to work at night since the company is based in the US

A startup that just hire from India and leave them with no life balance they will ask you to work officially at night timings of India . Deal with indian clients in morning. No leaves as per Indian holidays and if u ask for US holdays or bday leaves owner start saying we are startup and can't effort any leaves. In short no work life balance. No increments.Only metal harrasment.
