No job security. Earlier this company is a unregistered telemarketing company. Some people of this company cheat innocent and poor people with cleverness even boss of their became victim of their fraud. Few days ago this company registered legally.

There is nothing to like in unity interprises in india its the bad as company i jave ever seen. There is no team work evey people of that company do not behave good with therie employees.

Dislikes

The environment, compansation, working hours, place of work, seniors and everything. Even they do not provide resignation letter.

When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
