Nothing,they don't deserve even one star also

Hey ,they don't provide salary in time I have worked here for one year ,They will mind wash u saying ur salary will be incremented after certain months and at the time of increment u will be thrown out of the company. They join only the freshers because one of the old employees who asked for increment will be thrown out so .........! And vice versa . Also this is not a company,they don't even know the difference between the engineer and technician If you want to work for free then u can go Kashi ( chuthiya owner ) is a big dumb fellow don't even know anything about lift ,don't get trapped here .

No proper humanity in this company simply they reduce the salary.... We have to do Over Time but they will not pay for that and they will call the employee to attend the site at night 10:00 PM. Even no petrol allowance at properly provided

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
