Worst company , and Top management team. Time of interview , Cab Medicals card Bouns one CTC A lot of benefits employee welfare. After joining . Time of joining 2 Saturday off but only verbal actually no any policy here No cab No medical card 5-10% bouns No job security (any time ask to employees you go to home and full and final after 90 days . Always no any words manner to AM, GM AGM level office

Covid 2020 company open may 2020 3 , after company continue salary cut 3 month , and promise cut salary will be refund, But till time my salary not refund MD ask me talk to HR , HR ask me talk to management, iski topi uske sar

Amazing company culture where you feel valued and appreciated for your work. It has been 2 years since I joined this company and I feel safe in here. The company has an excellent management and leadership team with vast experience. They care a ton about every employee of the organization and appreciate our ideas and hard work. The company focuses more on people-oriented benefits such as alternative weekly off, long term service award, employee rewards and recognition, birthday leave, profit sharing scheme etc. I love working somewhere where there is such a strong vision for the company and where the management is so transparent and accessible.

Nepotism is key in the company. Job security is nill. You will be fired any time without prior discussion or intimation. Most of the posts are always vacant in the company.

Job securities depends on top management. MD of the company is well person. Work culture are well. Management is good and company's policies is normal overview.

Dislikes

Working hour is so good but sometimes work load goes up. Its a service provider companies so manpower capacities are lower than requirement. I appreciate the companies to join.
