Unethical practices, weak leadership, they steal the idea by asking other NGOs to submit proposals on their portal and then pitch the same idea to corporates for self-implementation.

NGO partners they work with are really good. United way takes credit of their work on the ground in front of donors.

Leadership team is very self centric. More of show-off than meaningful work seems to be the motto of United Way Mumbai

Informal and friendly atmosphere. No formalities when it comes to talking to people. Helpful teams.

No work life balance. Too much favouritism. Unreasonable expectations. Money minded. No concern for employee's mental well being.

I didn't like the culture of it and there is no growth as such ,in contract they don't normally give u permanent position,the manager are biased towards the contract staff.VP gives ur credit to permanent staff.Apply only if they give you permanent position.

Dislikes

The manager and vice president have their own politics the ones who they don't like they will kick you irrespective of your hard work you have put in the project.Permanent staff have fun and all activities while the contract base are never included in all this.Bad culture and behaviour of company
