...ncy is very less meetings are meaning less, without agenda and time pass only. Without reason terminated several persons because of there salary is high and less salary person is doing same work. Professional period confirmation is not given by high grade salary persons,expecting works from them like Nasa Scientists. 3idiots are in top Management 2vps and 1DGM wasting company money for procurement of non productive machines, (indirectly making fool to company owners who is investing money ). Machine and design failure blaming on operator's. Taking non local employees for terminating easily ,if local employees taken they are raising voice, 5 min late half day salary deduction. I want give zero rating but it is not available. I never seen this type of worst culterless company in my life.

What I like about Unitile is that the management gives a lot of empowerment to its employees.Right skills are identified, trained and opportunities are given for career growth in the organisation. Working at Unitile has been a great experience. It is always filled with learning something new, challenges to overcome and learn to deal with objections and come out victorious. Teammates are very cooperative and supportive. Job Security is very good as its one of the growing Top Employers. Work environment is good and Work-Life balance is great

There are lots of things to say but mainly I want to mention is Company's Culture & Environment is Best & mainly the company is Employee Centric. The company listens to you which is more important.

Dislikes

There is only one thing which I dislike, that is I cant follow my Diet Plan Because in the company there are some celebration parts that happen once or twice a week, which helps you to gain weight.

In the current pendamic scenario Management provided all the required infrastructure to do work from home without any interruption. Management is always ready to accept new challenges & adopt latest Technology.
