Very lineant company. Very easy to get job on the basis of fake degree certificates. Security Guards gets more important than Company employee. The traveling and canteen facilities are 3rd class.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address aur issues.salary is decent but carrer growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot reading. On the job training is not given to new joinees

In Filatex India limited the conditions related working is very good, the teammates and other staff behave like family members, every month there are condected various type of training by HR department related safety, how to work, skill development etc. every Sunday company provides vehicle for tour and other activities for those employees who is residing in company colony. The major points which I want to share with you that's the policies of company, the policy of company is very much clear and stricked each and every employees either he/she junior or senior of the premisses, should have to follow.
