The first thing is salary. It is not possible for anyone to survive in poor salary. Promotions and growth is very slow.

i'm on third party payroll and it will take more than 1 year to be on direct payroll. job security i think it is secure job as there are lots of opportunity in this industry and it is ever moving vehicle, i have learn a lot about how actually Export/Import works. talk about the management is average, and sometime you feel pressure about the work. talk about the Growth, everyone wants growth ha ha ! growth is slow and it'll take more than year for an basic increment and they are not even providing incentives to employees.

1. salary is low, no incentives and no fuel and travelling convince. 2 career growth is slow, according to me.

Worked for CDS Dept. Appraisal works on there mood, not on performance level even if you give all your best efforts doesn't matter to them. The lady HOD has ZERO skills in shipping but act like masters.

Everything is dislike there, there is no support for there employes, management is very pathetic, they just force things in the name of Mumbai management, they never support there employes, no proper work life balance, no proper increment, on government holidays they give wfh and force employes to do work on holidays but no overtime.
