LTS, Mediclaim coverage subsidised, Festival advance, Pension / PF. HB / Vehicle loans & other so many benefits are there. Promotion Policy very good with departmental technical qualification. Those who opt for marketing assignment are blessed with 4 no. of cars with maintenance expenses. Whatever more one needs !

Government reservation policy may sometimes delay one's promotion: but same can be overridden with your exceptional performance & higher technical qualification. Another hiccup is your immediate boss should be cooperative & reliable one without any prejudice to your career growth. Notwithstanding, I do not find any such hurdling undercurrent.

It is a secure job. Salary is good and opportunities of growth are good.

...blic Sector Company. You yourself have to find out the opportunities for growth. Salary structure is fixed. Only a few posts carry job-related incentives.

Good work culture with respect and professionalism. No inequality in the organization with regard to cast, region, or gender orientation. Management concentrated on employees' productivity and work atmosphere, and do not give undue importance/indulge in personal and private affairs. Flexible timing was offered for marketing staff considering their travel requirements.

Dislikes

Being a small consultant organization there is limited potential for hiring qualified, experienced, and more competitive professionals due to budget constraints. This makes an overload to a few employees/managing partners.
