I don't identify any reason about working at UGI Greater Noida. Huge number of reporting persons in management, each & every one want to making money for self only, people in United just believe in personal growth either from Management or Staff. No job security, every year they change their Admission Team without any reason.

Dislikes

...dents. You never got appointment latter or you never got experience latter also. You will submit one month salary as a security amount. Any time you can lost your job without any reasons or notice period. Some staff members are totally busy only in making numbers in front of management along with CEO.

Management is good and supportive Excellent infrastructure Students are very supportive Colleagues are good College focus on results and placements

Dislikes

Heads and Dean's have no visions No growth opportunities Senior faculty members are very irresponsible No academic growth encouragement Hardworking people are not valued

Likes

Working at united group of institutions is just like getting a wide platform of engagement and self grooming. We get all those areas to work upon which we are meant for; we get each and every opportunity to utilize our own skills and to acquire new skills too.

Not found yet any factor personally that could investigate my disliking within.
