MD's son mr, saurav and gaurav tyagi works as dictator, they can fire any employee anytime. they always support for new and beautiful girls after use them through them. very disgusting company. new staff can't survive here more than a year !!!!!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at United Composheets. The HR department is entirely unprofessional, lacking basic communication skills and courtesy. Adding to the negativity, the accounts department is the mastermind behind the chaotic office politics, playing a significant role in creating a toxic work environment. The culture here prioritizes politics over merit and talent. If you lack actual skills but excel in navigating office politics, you might survive—otherwise, expect zero growth or recognition. Job security is practically nonexistent, and the lack of guidance and support makes it easy for employees to feel frustrated, demoralized, and even pushed toward depression. For anyone seeking a professional, healthy workplace, I strongly advise staying away from this company
