Salary increment and promotion is not upto the mark They don't do any interview or exam before promotion (if someone is old in company they got promoted) Hire some unserviceable, rude people just because they are from popular company

There is lot of strict in our store, Salary was not a Good and incentive scheme are not a attractive for a employee, because incentive are not a good so employees moral down.

Company is good but current management doesn't have long term visions and planning how to grow up business, they just save our own position in organisation.

There is lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Current management just saving own position at any cost.
