No job security, work culture was ok ok not so good, management was also average.

Dislikes

There is lot of strict in our store, Salary was not a Good and incentive scheme are not a attractive for a employee, because incentive are not a good so employees moral down.

Entire world is in crisis, witness people loosing jobs, no salary, half salary, laying of people but Benetton taken care the well being of their employees, ensuring the full salary payout of all these months when the company had zero Revenue and team was engaged with learning and development. Salary increment and promotion is not upto the mark They don't do any interview or exam before promotion (if someone is old in company they got promoted) Hire some unserviceable, rude people just because they are from popular company

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
