Doesn't feel like we are working in MNC 1. Baised performance ratings. Getting job promotion is quite difficult. 2. Staff is considered on the lower garde when compared to other category of workforce like permanent workmen. 3.Skilled operators in the permanent work force category is very less resulting in regular machine breakdown and wastage of company resources. 4.HR function at plant level is very poor. No welfare activities for staff. Plant HR doesn't have control on the Workmen/ labour and external agency.( If required to say in one word time pass candidates) 5.Unnecessary wastage of resources, management doesn't even bother on operational cost. Only thing is production is required. 6. Security threat -Staff is very ill treated and even beaten up by the labour. 7. Role eliminations are quite common.

Salary is good comparing competitors and food industry Very good learning if you are willing to learn Good testing environment

Dislikes

Old style business mindset of people who are working longterm. Not willing to change. Not friendly environment or culture. Not suitable for long term working.

Very toxic culture, Job security is very uncertain. Not recommended to join, High office poltics, and also doing regulatory non compliance which may lead to legal threat to job and person working with them.

...lf correspondence..all parmanent worker fully enjoy in this plant,,no tension...but operator salary very low,,i think that this is a bigger plant of United breweries but no rules and regulations and no hard work...thanks

No rules and regulations,,no safety,no medical on right time..any condition accident in plant plant thought that how it's make a warning letter...

About company, I just would like to say that I'm greatful and thankful that I worked here with great leaders and the more valuable part is friends like colleague.

Dislikes

The growth rate is very less. Sometimes new person joining will be have 30 to 40% more salary then yours. That itself is a big demotivation. It's well and good that new joinee got good package but people working for 3 to 5 years in company feel like dejected.
